                       Dispatch: your item will be dispatched within 1 working day 
 
      The highest point of the mask to the bottom is approx 5inch (nose to mouth part)
       Refunds or exchanges will not be given out if the mask is too small or too big as 
           the elastic could be adjusted by cutting and tying together and the size is 
                                            above for the mask height.
 
 
These can be put in the washing machine but please DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
Filtering your mask:
There is a layer on the inside of your mask for you to insert your own filter. Information online regarding what to use at home for a filter.
Removal of mask:
Be careful when you remove your mask to not touch your eyes, nose, mouth or the front part of your mask. Wash your hands immediately after removing and put the mask straight into the wash.

Payments are non refundable unless the fault lies with Sew Fabulous or we can't make your item/s for any reason. 
Refunds are not accepted on any item unless your item is faulty, refunds will be processed upon return of your items to us. Items which are to have been deliberately damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
If your item goes missing checks will need to be processed before refunds or replacements are sent.
